ABOUT ME

Pu (Paul) Huang is a U.S. attorney currently practices immigration law and business law. He came to the U.S. at the age of 15. As a first-generation immigrant, Attorney Huang understands how an immigration status or a visa can change and affect someone’s life.

 

Attorney Huang received his J.D., with honor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He also received his LLM in Corporate and Finance, with honor from there. Attorney Huang earned his bachelor degree from Allegheny College (in Pennsylvania), majored in Political Science and Economics. Attorney Huang speaks fluent English and Chinese.

 

Attorney Huang currently practices U.S. immigration law. Specifically, he has years of experience in handling employment-based immigration cases. Attorney Huang’s area of specialty including the following non-immigration visas: L-1, H-1B, E2; he also specializes in the following immigration visas: EB1, EB2, EB3, EB5. In additional to employment-based immigration cases, Attorney Huang also handles family-based immigration petitions (I-130), change of status cases (I-539), and adjustment of status cases (I-485).

 

Attorney is licensed to practice immigration law in any state.

 

Furthermore, Attorney Huang also practice business law.
